BNP chalks out 2-day prog to celebrate Tarique’s birthday

At a press briefing at the party’s Nayapaltan central office, BNP spokesman Asaduzzaman Ripon announced the programmes on Wednesday.
As part of the programme, leaders and activists of BNP and its associate bodies will celebrate Tarique’s birthday by cutting cakes at BNP’s Nayapaltan central office on Friday. The party will also hold a doa and milad mahfil at its central office after Juma’ prayers seeking wellbeing and early recovery of Tarique.
Doctors’ Association of Bangladesh (DAB) will set up a free medical camp at the office from 4pm to 9pm on the same day to mark the day.
Besides, the party will arrange a discussion in the city. The date for the programme will be announced later.
Tarique, living in London for treatment since 2008, was born on November 20, 1965.
