BPL3: Sylhet going from bad to worse; 59 all out

Dhaka, Dec 7 (UNB) – Sylhet Superstars were bundled out for BPL’s 2nd lowest total of just 59 runs against Rangpur Riders in the 3rd Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Monday.
Sent in to bat first, Sylhet Super Stars posted the 2nd lowest total in the league playing only 11.5 overs with number eight batsman Sohail Tanvir scoring double figures of 20 off 17 balls with one four and one six.
Left-handed spinner Arafat Sunny and Afghan off-break bowler Mohammad Nabi made the major damage in Sylhet Superstars innings claiming figures of 4/14 and 3/15 respectively.
World famed all-rounder cum Rangpur skipper Shakib Al Hasan grabbed two wickets for 25 runs in 4 overs while Thisara Perera took another wicket for four runs in one over.
