In Sylhet, businessman Ubed Ahmed Chowdhury, 48, died while undergoing treatment at Shaheed Shamsuddin Ahmed Hospital in the morning.
Residenat Medical Officer Dr Sushanta Kumar said he was admitted to the hospital with breathing problems on Saturday.
In Manikganj, a young man Saddam Hossain, 26, also died at the isolation ward of Sadar Hospital, said hospital Director Dr Arshad Ullah.
Saddam had fever and breathing complication when he came to the emergency unit of the hospital at 6:30am.
His samples were collected for coronavirus test, Dr said.
Meanwhile, health authorities confirmed the detection of record 2,743 new patients in the last 24 hours, raising the total cases to 65,769.
Covid-19 has claimed lives of 888 people so far including 42 people in last 24 hours until Sunday.
