Dhaka, May 9 (UNB)- Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) on Wednesday sold the tournament rights of the domestic competitions to the International Sports Partner (ISP) for five years.
The domestic competitions are include Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), BCL, Independence Cup, Federation Cup, first, second and third division leagues of the Dhaka Metropolis.
BFF General Secretary Abu Nayeem Shohag said the decision of selling tournament rights will come into effect from the ongoing second phase of BPL.
Later, ISP signed another two deals with TVS Autos Bangladesh Ltd. and Bangla TV. TVS Autos will be the title sponsors of the BPL while Bangla TV will be the broadcasting partner.
The deals were formally signed on Wednesday at BFF house where
BFF Senior Vice-President Abdus Salam Murshedy, ISP Senior Vice-President Deepak Singh, TVS Managing Director J. Ekram Hussain and Bangla TV Managing Director Syed Samadul Haque were present.
