A total of 288 families of nine unions in Keshabpur upazila will get agricultural assistance.
They are being providing help to cultivate around nine bighas (one Bigha is equal to thirty three Satak) of land under a government scheme, said Jashore Agricultural Officer Mohadeb Chandra Sana.
Each family will get Tk 1,935 through bKash account and vegetable seeds under the scheme, he said.

The money will be spent for fencing one satak of land, fertiliser and other expenses, he added.
Red spinach, water spinach, Spinach, asparagus bean, bitter gourd, brinjal, Hyacinth bean, Okra and pepper among the ten type of seeds, Sana said.
