Bhola, Sept 25 (UNB) – Insisting on signing more business deals between two countries for mutual benefit, Commerce & Industry and Civil Aviation minister of India Suresh Prabhu said both Bangladesh and India have now become developing countries.
Citing that bilateral pacts between Bangladesh and India are golden ones, he said “Both countries’ futures are totally dependent on international trade.”
The visiting minister belonging to India’s ruling BJP, was addressing a ‘Bangladesh-India Friendship’ meeting held at the Banglabazar Fatema Khanom College Auditorium in the district town.
The minister also endorsed a rail-link between Dhaka and Joydebpur in India, calling it “very much important” to induce economic development in the two countries.
