Thailand's Ministry of Public Health on Monday reported 51 new COVID-19 cases, the lowest daily increase since March 20.
Out of the 51 new confirmed cases, 13 were health workers.
Total infections in the country now stand at 2,220, with total death toll at 26.
Meanwhile, in the northeastern city Ubon Ratchathani, health officials found a woman who defied orders to quarantine herself in Bangkok and drove to Ubon Ratchathani to see her family, was tested positive for COVID-19.
"She was the 15th confirmed case of COVID-19 in Ubon Ratchathani and was the first case in the last four days of no new cases reported," Ubon Ratchathani's Centre for COVID-19 Situation said.
