Rab Investigation Officer Superintendent of Police Mohiuddin Faruki submitted the charge sheet before the Chattogram Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court.
Charge sheeted accused are- Manager of Prime Hatchery owned by Khan Jahan Ali Ltd Golam Prokash Sohel, 39; Khan Jahan Ali Ltd Chairman Noor Mohammad, 49; Md Mostafa Kamal, 42; Md Mehedi Alam, 31; garments exporting Mondol Group’s executive Md Atikur Rahman, 29; Cosco Shipping Lines Manager AKM Azad, 48; C&F officer Md Saiful Islam, 32; Khanjahan Ali Group Director Mostak Ahmed Khan, 45; Fazlur Rahman, 35; and Md Bakul Mia, 31.
Of the accused, five are in jail, four remain absconding while one secured bail.
Mohiuddin Faruki said that some new information about the huge Cocaine consignment that came from Bolivia have come to light.

On June 8, 2015, customs intelligence officials seized a container of liquid cocaine detected in one of the 107 drums of a consignment of Bolivian sunflower oil.
On June 28 of the same year, police filed a case under the Narcotics Control Act against Nur Mohammad, owner of ‘Khan Jahan Ali Limited’, and some others.
