Kuldeep Yadav emerged as the standout performer for India, claiming a remarkable five-wicket haul for a mere 28 runs in eight overs. Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj also displayed exceptional economy with the ball.

In stark contrast, only three of Pakistan's batters managed to surpass the 20-run mark, and none could sustain their innings. Wickets fell at regular intervals, leaving Pakistan perpetually trailing behind India's commanding total, which was powered by centuries from Virat Kohli and Lokesh Rahul.
