OPPO Reno 8: Leaks, Rumours, Probable Release Date
Launched in 2019, the Reno series of phones has been the camera-focused flagship and mid-range devices from Oppo. The exclusive camera-centric approach with an affordable price tag made them an instant hit in certain GCC and Asian markets. Fast forward to 2022, there are new leaks and rumours about the latest from the series, the Oppo Reno 8. While the tentative release date of the device falls somewhere in June, leakers have slowly started to trick bits and pieces of the device to the masses. Here is everything we know so far about the latest flagship from OPPO.
Leaked and Rumoured Features of Oppo Reno 8
Design and Build Quality
Ever since the merger between Oppo and OnePlus, there has been increasing speculation about the similarities between each release of the company. This won’t be the first time, however. Previous iterations like the OnePlus 6 shared the same DNA as the Oppo R15. However, the Reno series never actually drew a parallel with the OnePlus. That is, until the Reno 8.
Read Colmi P28 Plus Review: Is It a Worthy Budget Smartwatch?
Almost all the leaks regarding the design and build quality point out that it will mostly resemble the OnePlus 10 Pro. To be more precise, the Reno 8 is the OnePlus 10 that never got released.
Up until the OnePlus 9 series, OnePlus always launched a vanilla model and a souped-up Pro or T variant. But with the OnePlus 10 series, the company launched a singular 10 Pro. Speculations suggest that after the merger, the OnePlus 10 was intentionally left out to make way for the Reno 8.
The build quality will remain mostly the same with the Reno 8. There will be a glass front and back design with an aluminium frame. The back camera module will also share the side-dropping design found on the OnePlus 10 Pro. So what exactly makes the Reno 8 different from the 10 Pro to call it a supposed 10 equivalent? The main difference is in the front.
Read Samsung Galaxy A73 5G: What to Expect from the A series flagship?
Unlike the curved display on the OnePlus 10 Pro, the Reno 8 will feature a flat display with a slightly more prominent bezel. Other than that, the usual port and button selections will remain the same. We are still a long way off from the release date, so until any new leaks and renders drop, this is what’s expected from Oppo.
Display
Again the parallels on the display are drawn with the OnePlus 10 Pro as it is the only reference point for the Reno 8. But unlike the 10 Pro, the Reno 8 will sport a smaller FHD+ AMOLED panel. It might come with either a 90 Hz or 120 Hz refresh rate for a smooth transitional experience.
Given Oppo’s previous panel choices with the Reno 8, the device could be anywhere between a 6.43-inch panel or a 6.55 inch one. Though the former is the likely choice.
Read Best Upcoming Phones in April 2022 in Bangladesh
Not many details are known about the panel itself as everything else other than the design is in the speculative stage. But Oppo has a good track record of using quality panels so it shouldn’t disappoint the users.
Camera
The Oppo Reno 8 is expected to sport a triple camera setup on the back. Interestingly, there seems to be no collaboration between the Reno 8 cameras and Hasselblad even though some other models of Oppo and OnePlus are using colour calibration tech from the Swedish camera giants.
The primary lens of the device will be a 50 MP Sony IMX766 shooter. This is the same shooter found on the Realme 9 Pro+, OnePlus Nord 2 as well as Oppo Reno 7 Pro. Not much is known about the specifications of the other two lenses but tipster Digital Chat Station suggests that the remaining two lenses will be telephoto and an ultrawide one.
Read Samsung Galaxy A53 5G Review: A Fast Phone with Massive Battery
Speaking of the camera performance, the IMX766 itself is a very capable sensor. Photography, as well as videography, are on par with the upper mid-range devices on the market. But we will have to wait until the official release to get a hands-on idea as to how it performs on Oppo’s post-processing.
Processor and Performance
Not much is known about the processor of the Oppo Reno 8. Previous models of the Reno series have used the top-of-the-line chipset from either MediaTek or Snapdragon. Like the Oppo Reno 7 Pro used the Dimensity 1200 Max chip. So it is expected that the Reno 8 will sport the updated variant of the Dimensity 1200 chip or go with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.
Since much of the elements of the Reno 8 corroborates with the OnePlus 10 Pro, it won’t be surprising to see the 8 Gen 1 onboard.
Read Vivo Y33s 4G Review: Do features accompany premium look?
On the storage end, the base model could feature an 8/128 GB configuration with a max configuration of 12/256 GB. Though it's all on the speculative end at this point.
Moving onto the OS, the Reno 8 will feature Oppo’s proprietary Color OS based on Android 12. Combined with the fluid display and fast processors, users can expect an overall power-packed performance from the device.
Battery and Charge Time
Again almost nothing is known about the battery or the charge time of the Reno 8. But certain leaks point out that the phone might feature either a 4500 mAh or 5000 mAh battery. The phone is also expected to come with either 65 W or 80 W fast charging on board.

Expected Price of OPPO Reno 8
There isn’t any official price tag for the Reno 8 yet. The Reno 7 was priced in the Indian market at around Rs. 28,999. If the Reno 8 is to retain a similar price, Bangladeshi users can expect a price of around 32,975 BDT (1 INR=1.14 BDT). However, the price may differ depending on the specs, company policy, and tax.
Verdict
It’s still way too early to call shots on the Oppo Reno 8. Virtually nothing concrete is available on the device other than the design renders. However, the Reno phone has always been delivered as a camera phone. So if you are a camera enthusiast looking for a relatively cheap device, then the Reno 8 is definitely something to look forward to.

Oppo F21 Pro 5G: Leaks, Rumours, Expected Release Date
The Oppo F21 series has been a subject of speculation for some time. Oppo is likely to announce three smartphones in the F21 series — the Oppo F21, the Oppo F21 Pro, and the Oppo F21 Pro+. Oppo has not announced its impending arrival. However, reports suggest that the gadgets will debut in India this month. Now, a leaked official-looking poster for the Oppo F21 Pro 5G has appeared online, displaying the smartphone's design. People are now talking about the features and functionalities of the phone.
All the Leaks and Rumours about the Upcoming Oppo F21 Pro
Design
Separately, Oppo released a press letter detailing the design of the F21 Pro series. According to the business, the Fiberglass-Leather design also functions as a 'frameless' battery cover. The manufacturer stated that it took two years to develop the back design made of lychee-grain leather that is waterproof and "heavily" wear-resistant.
Oppo has suggested that the Oppo F21 Pro 5G will be available in two color options: Rainbow Spectrum and Cosmic Black. The Cosmic Black color option has Oppo Glow technology, which creates a glossy look with a matte in-hand feel that is resistant to fingerprints and stains. The Rainbow Spectrum color, on the other hand, is created using a 'three-layer texture and a two-layer coating method,' the manufacturer said.

Display
The Oppo F21 Pro is rumored to come with a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 2,400 x 1,080-pixel resolution. The Snapdragon 680 4G processor may be paired with an Adreno 610 GPU to power the smartphone. Up to 8GB of default RAM and 256GB of internal storage are available on the phone.
Rear Cameras
The OPPO F21 Pro series has a rectangular camera module with a dual-tone design that houses three sensors and an LED flash. A closer examination of the camera island reveals that the forthcoming product would have a camera panel equipped with lenses of 64MP, an 8 MP ultrawide sensor, dual 2MP sensors.
By comparing it to other phones with a similar setup, users may anticipate the camera's output to be good throughout the day, both in video and photographs. Colors should be accurately reproduced, and the abundance of colorizing choices and settings should result in visually attractive images. Where it may fall short is in terms of night photography.
Read Samsung Galaxy M33 5G Review: Does it offer value for money?
As long as the subject is well-lit, the standard macro mode will provide excellent results — even in video. Daylight photographs from the primary camera, wide-angle lens, and macro lens must all be of exceptional quality. However, like other phones with a similar camera configuration, this one is unlikely to be an excellent slow-motion camera. Even in daylight, it generates much too much ghosting.
Front Camera
The 32MP selfie camera will also delight the majority of consumers. It is believed that the skin tone is accurate in most instances and that the detail is adequate unless the subject is really dark. People expect the phone to support up to 1080p resolution and an at least a 30fps frame rate for the video capturing ability.
Performance and Software
This OPPO smartphone is hoped to be packed with an Octa-core (1x2.4 GHz Kryo 475 Prime, 1x2.2 GHz Kryo 475 Gold, and 6x1.8 GHz Kryo 475 Silver) CPU that provides a fluid and lag-free performance while multitasking and running demanding graphics games. As a result, you'll be able to play games, listen to music, view movies or videos, and do other tasks without having to worry about battery consumption.

Oppo touts a memory boost technology that, according to the manufacturer, can enhance RAM by using some storage space and functioning as RAM. Though this is a common concept, it is possible that this is the first time it has been implemented on the phone. Additional 5G capabilities are a nice extra that will come in handy once 5G is completely deployed.
The Oppo F21 Pro will ship with ColorOS, an Android 11-based operating system. The UI will be very fluid, and it will have a boatload of new features, like a dark mode, customization of accent colors, and an always-on display option. The corporation has tried to make its software subtler and more customizable. While bloatware and numerous alerts might detract from the experience, most of them are tolerable.
The F21 Pro will be welcomed by gamers. They can play PUBG and Call of Duty in high definition without encountering latency or command execution delays. Asphalt 9 also provided an enjoyable gameplay experience.

The Oppo F21 Pro is said to feature a variety of connection choices, including WiFi - Yes, WiFi 802.11, b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth - Yes, v5.0, and 4G (supports Indian bands), 3G, and 2G. Additionally, sensors may include an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a proximity sensor, and a compass.
Battery and Charging
Due to its expected 5300mAh battery and clever optimization, the Oppo F21 Pro is projected to comfortably last a full day on a combination of 4G and WiFi networks. Additionally, charging the phone will be a breeze. The public is hoping that the phone will have a super-fast charger. This is quite beneficial when you need to go somewhere quickly and don't have time for a quick refill.
Price in Bangladesh
The official price hasn’t been announced yet. People are anticipating the price range for the Oppo F21 series would be from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000. If converted to BDT, the price range would be BDT 22628 to BDT 3394. The conversion rate here is INR 1 = BDT 1.13.

Conclusion
The Oppo F21 Pro 5G will be an interesting device that will excel in certain areas. It will be a beautiful phone, but appearances aren't everything. The overall package will be much more critical, and if performance is a priority, people should consider it as a good option at the price range.
OPPO K10 5G Review with Price: What’s New?
Smartphones that are worthwhile are those that have a lasting influence on their users. Oppo has already captured many hearts with its outstanding features. Now, on March 23, 2022, Oppo introduces the Oppo K10 smartphone with 5G connectivity. Oppo is poised to reintroduce its K series phone after a year with this release. According to rumors and authoritative sources, the Oppo K10 5G will include next-generation features.
Key Features of OPPO K10 5G
Design
It will have a USB Type-C connector, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a speaker grille, and a bottom-mounted microphone. On the left side, there will be a volume rocker and a SIM tray. Additionally, the aforementioned fingerprint scanner will double as a power button.

This allegedly authentic render also reveals that OPPO aims to bring back the K9 series' 'full-width' camera hump, which, despite its resemblance to the Mi 11 Ultra's, serves primarily to house the series' holographic logo.
The Oppo K10's official teaser announced that the gadget would be available in blue and black. It will include a punch-hole cutout on the front to house the selfie camera sensor. A rectangular module will be used to house the rear cameras.
This second-generation design, which is currently expected to debut as "Glow Design" on the K10, may also get an upgrade with on-trend extra-large lenses for two of the K10's purported three rear cameras.

Display
The OPPO K10 5G has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels in Full HD+. The screen will have a pixel density of 409 PPI and is equipped with a punch hole in the top-left corner.
These characteristics seem to be rather attractive if the gadget is priced reasonably. Oppo is targeting consumers searching for a cheap 5G smartphone with the Oppo K10.
According to reports, the Oppo K10 5G would have a display with a refresh rate of just 90Hz. At first look, the absence of a high refresh rate display seems debatable. After all, other low-cost smartphones such as the Poco X3 have begun to support 120Hz refresh rates.

However, many of these smartphones arrive with IPS LCD panels rather than the Oppo K10 5G's high-quality AMOLED. Thus, consumers are still a long way from an AMOLED screen with a high refresh rate in this category, but the one here should satisfy the majority of users even at 60Hz.
Rear Cameras
According to Oppo's homepage for the next smartphone, it would have a triple camera arrangement, with the main camera measuring 50 megapixels. According to the source, the main camera will have a resolution of 50 megapixels and will be supported by a depth camera of 2 megapixels and a macro camera of 2 megapixels.

In comparison to other phones with the same camera functionality, the Oppo K10 5G should be capable of taking close-up images with sufficient quality. The colors should be somewhat realistic, and the phone should distinguish between the subject and the backdrop to provide the illusion of depth. Portrait images should have accurate edge recognition, and the phone should be capable of efficiently blurring the backdrop.

OPPO Find X5 Pro: Review of the latest flagship device
OPPO's next high-priced flagship Find X5 Pro arrives before this year's MWC trade show. This device is going head-to-head with the other favorite top-end device of 2022 so far. Although the OPPO Find X5 Pro does not have a pen, it has many more exciting features. The phone is expected to come by 14th March 2022. This article will discuss the specs, features, and price of OPPO Find X5 Pro. Stay with us!
Key Features of OPPO Find X5 Pro
Design
As with the Find X3 Pro from 2021, this year's model is a particularly impressive flagship. The Find X5 Pro — OPPO skipped the Find X4 – is brimming with features and also happens to be the kind of phone that attracts admiring stares when users take it out of their pockets on their daily commute.
The OPPO Find X5 Pro's design is unique. The unibody design element returns but with minor modifications to the overall structure. A ceramic layer wraps perfectly around the back camera housing, replacing the previous model's glass panel. This, along with the rest of the handset's design, results in a phone that appears as bit as opulent as its four-figure price indicates.
Read Walton Primo H10 Review: Affordable Smartphone with Moderate Features
Another minor adjustment is that the angle of the camera housing's bottom edge has been ergonomically grooved to accommodate your index finger while holding the phone. This not only makes the phone more pleasant to carry with one hand but also helps prevent smudges on the rear camera lenses caused by fingers. Additionally, it adds a touch of aesthetic flair to the Find X5 Pro.
The Find X5 Pro is available in two color options: Glaze Black and Ceramic White. While the black model's mirrored surface made a wonderful impression, it was a bit of a fingerprint magnet.
Display
The phone's screen is 6.7 inches and has a QHD+ resolution and a maximum refresh rate of 120 frames per second. This display supports 10-bit colors, HDR10+ playback, and a touch resolution of 1,000Hz. Additionally, similar to the S22 Ultra, the minimum refresh rate has been reduced to 1Hz, extending battery life while doing basic tasks like reading an ebook.
Read OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G Review: Is it worth it?
Concerning the screen's real quality, everything is in order. With four color options to select from, the Natural mode is the most accurate, covering 94 percent of the sRGB gamut, 96 percent of the total volume, and an average Delta E of 1.31. Apart from slightly increased saturation in certain red tones, every color looks perfect.
It's also as brilliant as the top AMOLED displays on the market, with a peak brightness of 483cd/m2 and excellent contrast. The HDR brightness, on the other hand, was a little on the low side, peaking at roughly 725cd/m2 — by comparison, the iPhone 13 Pro Max achieves an eye-searing 1,176cd/m2.
Rear Cameras
A sizable portion of the OPPO Find X5 Pro's launch event was devoted to the phone's cameras and with cause. This year's device has three cameras on the back: a primary 50MP sensor, a 50MP 110-degree ultrawide sensor, and a 13MP 2x telephoto zoom.
Read Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G Review: Major Pros, Cons
OPPO's brand-new dedicated imaging NPU, MariSilicion X, is located on the motherboard independently from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and is responsible for all image processing. According to OPPO, by offloading computing power from the phone's primary Qualcomm chipset. This new NPU enables a new feature called 4K Ultra Night Video, which can capture images in low-light conditions as low as 5 lux with improved color distribution, dynamic range, detail, and reduced visual noise.
Front Camera
On the front of the device, a single 32MP (f/2.4) selfie camera is housed in a hole-punch notch in the top-left corner of the display. This makes use of a new "Intelligent FoV" technology that adjusts the field of view between 80 and 90 degrees based on the number of people in the frame, and it works rather well.
Performance and Software
The Find X5 Pro is among the first smartphones that have Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile processor. This new CPU, clocked at 3GHz, is manufactured using a 4nm technology, offering greater performance and power efficiency over the Snapdragon 888 it replaces. This new processor is equipped with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of non-expandable internal storage.
Read OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G Review: Is it worth it?
And it's a quite nippy tiny creature. This is our first Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 phone, and performance was rather impressive in our benchmarks, despite the relatively minor improvements over the previous model. The OPPO Find X5 Pro scored a single-core result of 976 and a multi-core score of 3,496 in Geekbench 5 – if you're keeping track, this implies a minor performance gain of up to 7%.
Battery and Charging
The battery capacity of the Find X5 Pro has been upgraded from 4,500mAh to 5,000mAh. The phone's wired charging speed has been increased to a maximum of 80W, while wireless charging has been increased to 50W. It can also reverse wireless charging devices up to 30W if they are placed on the back, and the notification drawer option is enabled.
As with its predecessor, the Find X5 Pro is powered by Android, with OPPO's ColorOS overlay on top. ColorOS 12.1 introduces a slew of new productivity features, including a new one-handed mode and floating windows — basically, the ability to layer programs on top of one another.

Price of OPPO Find X5 Pro in Bangladesh
For all the premium features of the phone, OPPO is charging about EUR 999 or Rs. 84500 or BDT 95703.77 for the basic variant (8GB/256 GB). The upper variant (12GB/256GB), the price rises to EUR 1299 or Rs. 109900 or BDT 124471.53. The conversion rate here is Rs. 1 = BDT 1.13. However, the official price of OPPO Find X5 Pro in Bangladesh can vary due to diverse issues like tax, company policy, etc.
Conclusion
The OPPO Find X5 Pro is indeed a sight to see. It is a really lovely device, and there is truly nothing else quite like it in terms of design. As with its predecessor, it's a gorgeous piece of hardware with high-end components and excellent battery life. However, the finest feature is the mid-range pricing; OPPO is undercutting Samsung's Galaxy S22 Ultra, indicating that it is on to a winner.
However, if customers can tolerate the additional cost, the phone may still be worth purchasing. The phone may not be so visually appealing, but its performance is comparable, the zoomed photos are better, and it includes a pen.

OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G Review: Is it worth it?
Oppo's Reno series phones have struck all the right chords. And that seems to be the case once again with the company's current flagship, the Reno7 Pro released in China on 3rd December 2021. The phone looks and feels luxurious, and it also functions well. And when adding some quite powerful cameras to the mix, the phone appears to hold the good will of OPPO. This post will focus on the detailed review of OPPO Reno7 5G.
Key Features of OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G
Design
The design of the majority of OPPO's smartphones is excellent, and the Reno7 Pro is no exception. The Reno6 Pro came with a curved display that melded into a similarly curved back. This gave the phone a streamlined appearance and made it more pleasant to carry. This time around, OPPO chose flat edges for the Reno7 Pro. While the design is not novel, OPPO has done an excellent job of making the phone appear and feel amazing.
Read Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G Review: Major Pros, Cons
Numerous OEMs have recently embraced the flat-edge design, but OPPO has nailed it with the Reno7 Pro. The phone is not overly huge, which makes it more comfortable to handle, and the chamfered edges are not too sharp, which prevents the phone from biting into your palm. The metallic chassis has a luxurious feel to it and is capable of standing on its own when placed on a level surface.
Naturally, OPPO has also flattened up the phone's back and front to fit the overall look. Additionally, weight management has been done in such a manner that the phone seems light when used for lengthy periods of time. The Reno7 Pro currently has the best-feeling flat-edged Android phone.
Display
As previously stated, the display, along with the frame and back, has been flattened down on the Reno7 Pro. The Reno6 Pro had curved borders on both sides of the display. That has now been removed, leaving a flat display with a hole-punch cutout in the top-left corner.
Read Best Upcoming Phones in March 2022 in Bangladesh: Official and Unofficial
It retains the same AMOLED display with 1080p resolution and 90Hz refresh rate as the Reno6 Pro. The colors are vibrant, and the viewing experience is on par with that of other premium smartphones equipped with OLED screens. The 6.55-inch display is reasonably sized, ensuring that the phone does not seem unwieldy to handle or operate. One criticism that some may have about this monitor is that its refresh rate is limited to 90Hz, whereas rivals in this price range offer 120Hz panels.
Rear Cameras
The Reno7 Pro's main 50MP camera captures images that are attractive to the eye in the majority of lighting settings. The colors and dynamic range both look fantastic in daylight. Natural bokeh is very beautiful when taking close-up images. The shots are often on the colder side, which some people enjoy, particularly those who want photographs with a greater contrast level.
Read Xiaomi Redmi 10 2022 Review: What’s new in the refreshed variant?
Even in low-light circumstances, the phone's built-in Night Mode enables it to shoot high-quality images. Although there is a significant loss of quality and the white balance may get slightly off, Oppo has done well with the camera.
The ultra-wide lens falls short of the main camera's capability and is a disappointment. At this pricing, an 8MP sensor seems to be a cost-cutting tactic. In comparison to the main camera, the details are weak, and the colors seem drab. The third camera on the rear is a 2MP macro lens that serves no use.
Front Camera
Selfies shot with the 32 MP selfie camera appear sharp, with vivid colors and an excellent dynamic range. Skin tones are somewhat wrong due to the fact that it tends to brighten the face slightly, but not dramatically. Edge detection also looks fantastic in portrait mode. If you often snap selfies or create short-form content for social media, you'll like the OPPO Reno7 Pro's front-facing camera.

Performance and Software
There isn't much to discuss here since the OPPO Reno7 Pro employs the same Dimensity 1200 chipset as the Reno 6Pro. According to OPPO, the Reno7 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max SoC, which was created in collaboration with OPPO. However, there is no change in the way the CPU or GPU operates, and the CPU's clock rates are likewise the same. The sole difference between the Reno7 Pro and its predecessor as a consequence of this partnership between MediaTek and OPPO is that the Reno7 Pro displays better images on display, or so OPPO claims.
The Reno7 Pro has no trouble operating the wide variety of programs and games that you use on a daily basis. It performs like a flagship phone, which is exactly what you should expect from the phone. For those curious, BGMI can be played at 60 frames per second on the majority of occasions. Some delays from time to time can be noticed, particularly during hot drops. If you play more demanding games, such as Genshin Impact, you may experience occasional frame dips.

Battery and Charger
The Reno7 Pro has a 4,500mAh battery that is easily powered through our whole day of social media applications, surfing, snapping photographs, a 20-minute video conversation on Google Duo, and binge-watching. The phone is thin and light without sacrificing battery life.
When you run out of energy, the Reno7 Pro charges at 65W with the included charger. It takes around 35 minutes to be charged from 5% to 100%, which is rather astounding. Once again, these findings are identical to those obtained with the Reno6 Pro. There has been no change.

Price of OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G in Bangladesh
The phone comes with a sticker price of Rs 39,999 in India. For Bangladesh, the price can be around BDT 45684. The conversion rate here is 1 INR = 1.14 BDT.
Conclusion
With its slim profile, attractive design, and rapid charging, the OPPO Reno7 Pro embodies the essence of the Reno series. The Orbit Breathing Light, the AI camera functions, and the gorgeous micro-etched rear panel are some features that play by the side of the phone. If you are not a dedicated mobile gamer and are looking for a smartphone with a strong camera and a sleek design, the OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G is an excellent choice.
