Dhaka, Feb 25 (UNB)-Japanese Embassy in Bangladesh on Monday organised a lecture on Japanese medieval art and culture to promote cultural ties between thre two countries at Dhaka University (DU) Institute of modern language (IML) auditorium.
Ms. Maya Kazi, a television personality and essayist of Japanese-Bangladeshi origin as “Supporter for Cultural Exchanges of Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh” discussed on Japanese arts and culture in medieval (Edo) era displaying a number of paintings which represent Japanese culture and society.
