HC denies bail to suspended DIG Mizan, hands him over to police
Dhaka, July 1 (UNB) – The High Court on Monday rejected a petition filed by suspended Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of police Mizanur Rahman seeking anticipatory bail in a case filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
The HC bench of Justice Obaidul Hassan and Justice SM Kuddus Zaman passed the order after hearing the petition.
