Some 49 individuals, including seven staffers of the civil surgeon’s office, were diagnosed with coronavirus in the district on Sunday.
Civil Surgeon Dr Abul Kalam Azad disclosed the information.
With this, a total of 166 people have so far tested positive for COVID-19 in the district till today.
