The HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman passed the order and asked for submitting a report on the execution of the order.
It also asked the registrar general of the Supreme Court to inform judges concerned of the order.
The High Court came up with the order during a hearing on the bail petition of an accused in a robbery case.
Advocate Mizanur Rahman, a lawyer of the accused, said the trial proceedings of the case are pending for the last 12 years but no statement of any witness was recorded yet.
Assistant attorney general Yusuf Mahmud Morshed said the case remained pending for different reasons, including absence of witnesses.
On February 27, 2007, a case was filed with Raipura Police Station in Narsingdi in connection with the burglary at Green Volvo Bus.
According to the prosecution, six to seven people in guise of passengers took control of the bus when it reached Itakhola intersection in Narsingdi on February 27, 2007.
Later, the robbers looted valuables from the passengers.
On November 14, 2007, police submitted a charge-sheet against seven people.
