The former Commerce Minister also laid emphasis on implementing the ideas shared by the Prime Minister in the UNGA to find a sustainable solution to the Rohingya crisis.
“The (Rohingya) problem will have to be resolved as per the formula given by the Prime Minister (Sheikh Hasina) …I hope the problem will soon be resolved,” he told Parliament while participating in the discussion on the thanksgiving motion on President’s speech.
Highlighting BNP’s failure in the last national election, the AL MP said, “BNP needs to do homework. It does politics but doesn’t do any homework.”
He hoped that BNP will realise its mistakes and come out of the decision of not joining parliament for the sake of democracy.
Faruk Khan also hoped that BNP will join parliament and speak on what they want and strengthening democracy further.
