Islamic University, Sept 25 (UNB) - An international seminar on ‘challenges and reforms of legal education in 21st century’ was held on the campus in Kushtia on Wednesday.
IU Law and Land Management department organised the seminar at Birshrestha Hamidur Rahman Auditorium around 10:30 am.
IU vice-chancellor Professor M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari addressed the seminar as the chief guest.
Jayanta Kumar Saha, professor of Law department and dean of Arts faculty of Bunkura University in West Bengal of India delivered speech as the keynote speaker at the seminar chaired by the departmental chairman Professor Selim Toha.
Over three hundred teachers and students of the university participated in the seminar.
