An announcement on the partnership was made on Monday by Erik Aas, Chief Executive Officer of Banglalink at a virtual press conference, said a press release.
Bickey Russel, Operations Leader of Google’s Next Billion Users initiative team also attended the event where Mustafa Jabbar, Posts and Telecommunications Minister was present as the Chief Guest.

Taimur Rahman, Chief Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Officer, Gaurav Kakkar, Digital Business Director, Ankit Sureka, Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability of Banglalink were also present at the virtual event.
Under this partnership, Banglalink is hosting kiosks for Kormo Jobs at its customer centers in Dhaka and Chittagong. At the kiosks, Kormo representatives will assist job-seekers in finding employment opportunities and accessing learning resources through the Kormo Jobs app. Kormo Jobs will also hold regular training sessions on CV writing, interview tips, and other topics on jobs search as part of the initiative.
