Local electronics brand ‘Marcel’ has declared one year replacement facility on its split type air conditioner. In addition, customers of Marcel Inverter AC is getting 10 years replacement guaranty on the compressor while 5 years guaranty is available on non-inverter AC’s compressor.

Apart from these facilities, customers of Marcel AC could get a  600 fridge or maximum 12 years equivalent electricity bill as free under the local brand’s nationwide ongoing Digital Campaign Season-6. Besides, sure cash vouchers worth of different values are available for every customer of Marcel brand AC.

Marcel officials has announced these facilities at a ‘Declaration Program’ held at the conference room of Marcel Corporate Office in the capital recently.

The declaration programme was attended, among others, by Marcel’s Chief Marketing Coordinator Eva Rezwana Nilu, Executive Directors Amdadul Haque Sarker, SM Zahid Hasan, Mohammad Rayhan and Uday Hakim, Marcel AC’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Md. Tanvir Rahman, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Walter Kim, Head of Sales Dr Shakhawat Hossen, Deputy Executive Directors Firoj Alam Shahjada Salim and Md. Kamruzzaman, Additional Operative Director Mofizur Rahman Jakir and Head of AC RnD Sandip Bishwas.

Marcel authorities said, “Marcel is manufacturing high standard air conditioners at its own factory with advanced machineries, technologies and international standard’s raw materials. A strong RnD (Research and Development) team has been working on improving quality of their produced AC. Quality is being strongly controlled in every stage of production. Thus, Marcel is providing one year replacement to its AC customers.

Marcel brand’s Smart and Inverter ACs save up to 60 percent electricity. The Turbomood in the compressor of Inverter ACs cools the room reducing its temperature quickly. In this technology, the speed of the compressor is controlled according to the temperature of the room through special programming of microprocessor installed on the PCB or motherboard of the compressor. World’s recognized environmental-friendly HFC free R410A refrigerant is used on Marcel ACs.  Rust-resistant Golden Fin Color Technology is being used in condensers of Marcel ACs which ensures the longevity of the cooling product.
