EU to offer billions to help poorer member states cut CO2
In her bid to lead the EU toward climate neutrality, European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen wants to put up 100 billion euros ($130 billion) to help member countries that still heavily rely on fossil fuels transition to lower emissions.
