Coke Studio Bangla concert: Show goes on
1/6
Conquering the adversity posed by inclement weather, the first concert of Coke Studio Bangla was held at Dhaka's Army Stadium Thursday night. Rain delayed the opening of the concert gate until night.
As the event finally began at 9pm, artists from Coke Studio Bangla were among the first to play. The concert, arranged by Coca-Cola Bangladesh and the Bangladesh Football Federation marking the global tour of the FIFA World Cup trophy that arrived in Bangladesh Wednesday, also saw performances of Lalon, Nemesis, Warfaze, Nagar Baul, and Tahsan. In general, performers seemed to focus on packing as much music as possible into a schedule that had been scrambled by the rain delay. Photos: Abu Sufian Jewel UNB.
