Nari Maitree, a renowned voluntary organization dedicated to women's empowerment and social welfare, convened the prestigious Anti-Tobacco Youth Conference 2024 at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB).

This event witnessed the participation of over 200 enthusiastic youths who pledged to build a tobacco-free Bangladesh.       

With the esteemed support of Nari Maitree, the conference sought to mobilize youth to combat the widespread impact of tobacco and smoking on Bangladeshi society.

Imran Rahman, Vice-Chancellor of ULAB, illuminated the alarming strategies employed by tobacco companies to attract young people and children.
