Bangladesh finished 7th in the Ranking Round of the Recurve Men's team event of the 19th Asian Games Archery scoring 1963 that began in the Chinese city of Hangzhou on Sunday.
Sagar Islam finished 22nd scoring 662 while Ram Krishna Saha was placed 29th scoring 653 to qualify for the individual events.

Country's celebrated archer Ruman Shana, who was included in the Asiad team after an eleven months suspension, miserably out from the individual event's race scoring 648.
In the men's team event, Bangladesh team will play Vietnam.
In the Women's team event, Bangladesh team comprising Diya Siddiqui, Fahmida Sultana Nisha and Shima Akter Shimu finished 14th scoring 1825 to face Chinese Taipei in the next round.

In the ranking round of Compound Division, Bangladesh men's team finished 12th to play Malaysia in the next round while the Women's team finished 8th to play Hong Kong in the next round.
Asian Games Golf:
Bangladeshi famed golfer Siddikur Rahman finished 14th in the 19th Asian Games Golf scoring overall 13-under par after the day's 4th and last round held in Hangzhou on Sunday four while another Bangladesh golfer Jamal Hossain finished 35th scoring equal par.
