Police with the help of local people caught a man red-handed while stealing the clips of railway tracks on Dhaka-Mymensingh route near the campus of Mymensingh Agricultural University (BAU) on Friday night.The arrestee was identified as Rajon, 22, son of Kashem of Kewatkhali area of the district.Mizanur Rahman, sub-inspector of BAU police camp, said one Shakil, a former gate keeper of railway, spotted some people stealing clips near the low-down bridge rail track of the campus around 8:40 pm.Later, he caught Rajon at red-handed while four others managed to flee the scene.A sack full of rail clips was also recovered from his possession.
