A one-year-old child who sustained severe burn injuries in a gas cylinder explosion in Narayanganj died at the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery in Dhaka on Saturday.
Dr Shawon Bin Rahman, resident surgeon at the institute, said Ayan succumbed to his injuries around 7:30 am.

The fire broke out following a gas cylinder explosion at Manju Textile mill in Kazi Para area of Rupganj upazila on Thursday, leaving four people injured.
