State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humaiun Kobir will lead the Bangladesh delegation at the 7th Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), scheduled to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, on Thursday.
He attended a gala dinner hosted by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at Gulustan Palace on Wednesday evening.
During the dinner, he met and exchanged greetings with heads of state and government and ministers.
