Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Sunday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Monowara Zaman, wife of former Awami League central leader, former MP of Magura-1 constituency and Freedom Fighter Advocate Saduzzaman.
She was also the mother of sitting Magura-1 MP Advocate Saifuzzaman Shikhor.
The Prime Minister prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed sympathy to the bereaved family.
Monowara Zaman, 75, died at home suffering from old age complications.
