realme has acquired reputation by bringing a unique combination of innovation, spec, and price for the users. Their feature-packed devices and affordable price tag attract customers from all bases. In this legacy realme released the 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola edition on 10th February 2023 globally. It's realme’s signature device with a twist of Coca-Cola fizz and flavor. The high peak brightness and the 120 Hz refresh rate also enhance the display quality further. We tested the normal brightness to be around 600 nits with the HBM kicking it up to 680 nits under direct sunlight.

Camera

In a world where triple and even quad cameras are becoming a norm, realme 10 Pro 5G stands different. Brands often juxtapose sensors solely for marketing stints. The realme 10 Pro is different in the sense that it comes with a dual camera setup on the back.

The main camera is a 108 MP one with a supporting 2 MP depth sensor. It’s evident that the main sensor is the sole heavy lifter here as the depth sensor has no use other than on some portrait shots.

Moving to the camera performance, it lives up to the megapixel count. The pictures look sharp and vivid with a heavy warm tone influence typical of realme. The dynamic range is also pretty good as it could preserve a considerable amount of backdrop keeping the subject completely in focus. Even under direct sunlight, we didn’t notice any flare or fading whatsoever.

The indoor and nightlight performance are also equally great. The variable shutter speed makes for detailed images even in low light conditions. It does suffer from exposure from time to time, but that’s something that can be easily solved with a software update.

Another fun thing here is that the shutter sound on the Coca-Cola limited edition has been replaced with a coke bottle popping sound. It sure sounds funny and nostalgic at the same time.

The videography on the 10 pros 5G is limited to 1080P at 30 fps. The front features a 16 MP shooter which is perfect for casual selfies.

Processor and Performance

The realme 10 Pro 5G comes with the midrange Snapdragon 695 5G chipset based on the 6 Nm architecture. The processor isn’t exactly heavy on performance but the 6 Nm size allows it to be much more efficient.

The octa-core processor has a chip design of 2 2.2 GHz Kryo 660 Gold and 6 1.8 GHz Kryo 660 Silver chips. The processor is complemented by Adreno 619 GPU. We tested several games like Asphalt 9, COD, and PUBG on the device. The games performed well with zero frame drops in medium graphics settings.

The only noticeable issue is that the device heats up after about 30 minutes of continued gaming. For day-to-day use, the 10 Pro 5G would feel like an absolute breeze. That is in part due to the high refresh rate display and the highly optimized realme UI 4.0.

Battery and Charge Time

The realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola edition has the standard 5000 mAh battery just like the 10 Pro. You will be able to get around 6 to 8 hours of SoT from the device easily. As for charging, the device comes with a 33W fast charger on board which will take you from zero to 50% in under 30 minutes.
