The cottages are constructed in a quintessential style. It’s made to replicate the ones from the Maldivian coast and Bora Bora. There’s an artificially constructed pathway leading inside the forest itself. The trail makes for an impressive experience, especially early in the morning.

Gol Kanon Mangrove Eco Resort
Perhaps the most famous among all the eco cottages near and around Sundarban is the Gol Kanon Mangrove Eco Resort. It’s also one of the oldest cottage-style retreats around the Mongla area.
