With the lovable Find N2, Oppo expands its presence in the field of attractive tiny phones. The first Find N was the thinnest, lightest, and most compact vertically foldable phone available. However, Oppo managed to enhance the design of the Find N2 even further with no apparent hinge gap. The latest foldable device debuted in China in December 2022, with an even smaller, quicker, and far less noticeable display crease than its predecessor. Let's find out the specs, pros, cons, and price of OPPO Find N2.

Key Features of OPPO Find N2

Design

The Find N2 maintains the portability (132.2 x 140.5 x 7.4mm) that was one of its most notable selling points just like its predecessor. It is not a behemoth like the Fold series manufactured by Samsung; rather, Oppo's version has a footprint that is nearly more pocket- and palm-friendly.

It is much shorter than most other phones of similar design and features a front with a larger aspect ratio. This implies that while using the device with one hand, you will not have to extend as far with your thumb to reach the screen's margins. Additionally, it fits in a pocket without sticking out the top. This year, its weight also makes it quite desirable.

In fact, according to Oppo, this is the lightest foldable smartphone of its kind ever released. At 233 grams for the lightest variant, it is much lighter than the most recent Z Fold and even lighter than the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The 5.54" Oppo is eager to note that, despite its lower size compared to the Z Fold 4's 6.2-inch screen, the external display has a far wider aspect ratio and is much more pleasant to text on than the tall Samsung screen.

In addition, the 120Hz display's max brightness is 1350 nits, as Oppo recognizes that you may use it for brief glances outdoors and on the move more often than the huge inside display.

Camera

Despite its slim dimensions and superb design, the Oppo Find N2 is relatively inexpensive for a foldable phone.

Oppo does not charge more for the new Flexion Hinge, which provides an even thinner and lighter body, as well as for the almost indiscernible crease, or for the quicker CPU and enhanced camera, not to mention the incredible screen quality.

In fact, the OPPO Find N2 is now the best phone with a vertically folding display, and not only in terms of pricing.
