Three-day Bangabandhu 44th National Athletics Championship, arranged on the occasion of the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, concluded on Sunday at the Bangabandu National Stadium here, featuring two new national records.

The thee-day Bangabandhu 44th National Athletics Championship was officially inaugurated on Saturday afternoon at the Bangabandhu National Stadium here although the competition in some disciplines already began on Friday.

The three-day Bangabandhu 44th National Athletics Championship, marking the birth centenary of Bangabandu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, will begin on Friday at the Bangabandu National Stadium here.

The National Athletics Championship' 2020 has been shifted to January next year due to Covid-19 pandemic.
