A reputed multinational company is looking for a suitable candidate for the role of “Cell Manager – Secondary Manufacturing Department, Dhaka”.
Eligibility
The critical position requires the candidate to execute holistic manufacturing strategy by improving machine efficiency, quality parameters and waste performance, while leading a large team. The candidate must possess an agile mindset to extract best value at an optimum cost, embodying a consumer centric mindset.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable institution and have a minimum 8 years of proven experience in core manufacturing, preferably in an FMCG multinational. The role demands extensive knowledge in manufacturing, covering both primary and secondary processes, supplemented by comprehensive experience in quality assurance, product development, production planning and engineering.
Candidate must also be a strategic thinker, capable of translating manufacturing initiatives into business outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement, and exhibiting track record of leadership excellence.
