From the Spaceman to 3 Body Problem, the releases will simply get more exciting each day. With that said, here’s a list of the highly anticipated originals coming to Netflix next month.  English Language Netflix Originals Scheduled for March  Spaceman  Spaceman tells the story of Jakub Prochazka who is slated to be the first astronaut from his country. But when he is sent to the edge of space to collect ancient stardust, Jakub gradually finds out that he’s not the only one in his one-manned mission.  Spaceman is based on the novel Spaceman of Bohemia by Jaroslav Kalfar. The movie is directed by Johan Renck with Adam Sandler, Carey Mulligan, and Kunal Nayyar in lead roles.  Spaceman premiers on 1st March. The series continues with Mickey Pearson and his marijuana empire. It introduces Eddie Halstead who inherits a large estate from his father. Unbeknownst to Eddie, the estate houses Mickey’s entire weed production. Does he have what it takes to control the large-scale operation? Viewers will find out. The series stars Theo James, kaya Scodelario, Daniel Ings, and Giancarlo Esposito in lead roles. The story is developed by Guy Ritchie and Matthew Read with a host of directors expected to be on board.  The Gentlemen premiers on 7th March. Pokemon Horizons: The Series  Pokemon is back with its 26th Season titled Pokemon Horizons: The Series. This is the first series of the franchise without Ash Ketchum and Pikachu. Pokemon Horizons premiered last year on TV Tokyo with Netflix picking up the global rights.  The series premiers on 7th March.  Damsel  Our favorite Eleven from Stranger Things is back with a new movie of her own called Damsel. The Millie Bobbie Brown starrer Damsel tells the story of Elodie, a promised bride to a prince. What she anticipates to be a happily ever after soon turns into a nightmare as she realizes it was all a ruse to make her an offering for the dragon. Elodie must escape the dragon’s lair to save her life and the fate of her people.  The fantasy movie is written by Dan Mazeau with direction from Juan Carlos Fresnadillo. Turning Point tells the personal stories of people involved in the Cold War through extensive interviews presented in a neatly directed docuseries.  Director Brian Knappenberger conducted over 100 interviews in 7 different countries to piece together a definitive extension of the Cold War, and how it still affects modern-day politics.  Turning point premiers on 12th March. This is particularly because of the sheer volume of content released by Netflix every month. With that said, here are 10 of the highly anticipated English language shows coming to Netflix in November 2023.  Top 10 Netflix English Original Shows Coming This November  All the Light We Cannot See  All the Light We Cannot See is a 2014 war novel written by Anthony Doerr. The book follows the life of two teenagers against the backdrop of the Second World War. One is a blind French girl and the other is a German boy forced to fight for the Nazi regime.  The novel has been developed as a limited drama series by Steven Knight for Netflix. The series is directed by Shawn Levy with Aria Mia Loberti, Mark Ruffalo, and Hugh Laurie in lead roles. The retrospective documentary is directed by Thom Zimny with a special guest appearance from Quentin Tarantino. Sly is set to premiere on Netflix on November 3, 2023.  The Killer  Ever since the success of Mads Mikkelsen’s Polar released in 2019 on Netflix, neo-noir action thrillers have seen a rise in interest. Keeping up with the demand, Netflix is bringing The Killer directed by David Fincher with screenplay by Andrew Kevin Walker.  Netflix didn’t give much away about the plot other than that it involves a failed assassination, an international manhunt, and revenge that insists on not being personal. Kendi, Angela Davis, and Julian Joseph explore the complex development of racist ideas in this new documentary from Netflix. The show is written by Ibram X. The movie stars Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying in the role of Aoy.  Queenmaker – Series – 14th April Korean drama has been in high demand on Netflix since the success of Squid Game. With high international demand, there have been several Korean lineups confirmed for 2023.  The first release of 2023 starts with Queenmaker. It’s the story of two women, a skilled career woman named Hwand Do-hee and a labor rights lawyer Oh Seung Sook. Two seemingly unconnected are fated to join forces as Hwang Do-hee is hell-bent on making Oh Seung Sook the mayor of Seoul.  The series is written by Moon Ji-young and directed by Oh Jin-Seok. What comes to your mind? Anger? helplessness? or frustration?  The story of Beef follows two random people involved in a road rage incident. What follows and the spiraling fallout between the two people makes up the basic premise of the comedy-drama.  The series stars Steven Yeun as Danny Cho and Ali Wong as Amy Lau. The series has been created for Netflix by Lee Sung Jin.  Transatlantic – Period Drama – 7th April  Transatlantic follows the story of the 1940 refugee crisis in Marseille, France. It’s the true story based on Varian Fry, a journalist working to rehabilitate artists and journalists fleeing the Nazi occupation.  Fry allies with Mary Jayne Gold, an American socialite, and heiress. Together they find a secret French villa as a temporary hideout place for the refugees. The two played a pivotal role in saving many European social activists and artists of that time.  The movie draws inspiration from The Flight Portfolio written by Julie Orringer. The movie revolves around Zeynip (Naomi) as she struggles to find the meaning of life in an unhappy marriage and overworked life. One day she finds out that her mother has left her a small cottage in Croatia as her last will. Tired from life Zeynip decides to escape everything and move to find out more about the will. What follows and who she meets there forms the basic story of the movie.  Luther: The Fallen Sun – 10th March  One of the most anticipated crime thrillers for this year is the Idris Elba starrer Luther: The Fallen Sun. It’s a continuation of the famous TV series of the same name. Idris Elba reprises his role as John Luther, a brilliant yet disgraced and jailed detective. As the cyber psychopath terrorizes London, Luther decides to take the matter into his own hands. The movie stars Andy Serkis and Cynthia Erivo in supporting roles. Outlast – 10th March Unscripted reality shows have become hugely popular in recent times and Netflix seems to be privy to them. Outlast is a Netflix original survival reality show where 16 participants will have to survive wild Alaska for a chance to win 1 million dollars.  The catch? How this group of delinquents navigates life and how they unravel deeper mysteries makes up the basic premise of the anime.  The first season of the anime has already been completed back in 2020 by Kobo Animations.
